What we do at the end of intro class

As an intro class, we are only learning basic methods of baking. Creaming, sponge methods, muffin baking processing etc. However, sharing a big kitchen with an advance class gives us the chance to peep over what they are making and best of all, indulge in the endless beautiful plated desserts.
Passionfruit mousse with almond flakes.
Chocolate mousse with orange liqueur. This was so my favorite. Alcohol and chocolate the best combination!
Fruit strudel with a white wine poached pear.
