There are so many amazing food blogs in the web world. What is this compared to them? Feeling like a the teaspoon of vanilla bean paste in ten servings of crème brûlée.
Custard class is passing by like a breeze. With that being said, I’m afraid of hiccups along the way. Cooked egg in your dessert isn’t the best picture in mind. Can’t wait to bake cheesecakes on Monday. Tiramisu coming along the way too. By far my favorite of all desserts. Chef asked, if there is a food fight, what would you grab first? Mine without a doubt was Tiramisu. Absolutely, loving it. More coffee liqueur please. What would yours be?
