Ice Cream Social

Personally astonished by the amazing work displayed yesterday at the ice cream social. We started off learning how to make ice cream on Monday and by Thursday we were experts. Flavors ranged from Chocolate Rum with Goji berries, Ginger and Lemon sorbet, Cinnamon and Apple topped with streusels , Wasabi and White chocolate served with crepes, Salted caramel with Amaretto, Chocolate and Orange, Pineapple Ginger with Ginger snaps, Raspberry and Lemonade sorbet to Cream cheese ice cream over carrot cakes.
It was certainly an amazing experience. The mixture of ingredients intertwined were clever but most importantly delicious. Great job to the crew for putting in so much effort within the short period! I had a lot of fun.
Apologize for the lack of pictures. The crowd needed to be satisfied with more ice cream.
