Brunch at Ethos

It’s something I look forward to every Sunday without fail. It’s the company, the service, the food, the atmosphere, the joy and the love of vegan food.

Breakfast burrito: a burrito filled with tofu, homefries (roasted potatoes), sausages and onions drenched the best gravy sauce ever. Shortstack: 2 Pancakes with strawberries (or choice of almonds or fruits) covered with maple syrup (or agave). Tofu scramble with biscuit and jam or butter. Biscuit and (more) gravy. Delicious cinnamon roll.

I’m new to this term, but I think after seeing everyone eat their Sunday mornings away, we all fall into a food coma.
