This week marks the end of culinary school. 15 months ago, I arrived Orlando two days before school started. The anticipation of applying for my visa and issuing flight tickets was a turmoil but entirely worth it. Survived through knife cuts, oven burns, sturdy chefs, boring professors and late hours. Not to mention endless events, kitchen politics and unpleasant classmates. Now everyone had gone their ways to excel in life, doing what they love best.
Cook. Decorate. Eat. And be merry.
To all the after school hours of sitting by the smoking area, talking about people and eating all the delicious pastries and meals we did. Creating ideas to make the perfect dish, dreaming up the restaurant/bakery we yearn to have, laugh and even, dance. Wish my lovely dears the best of luck for externship and life. Absolutely looking forward to throwing hats together in July!
