It’s almost the weekend but not quite yet. I’ve been procrastinating with time as it stalls my thoughts and ideas. So I take heed of the intense moments with little things to capture and enjoy. Spending hours searching for a journalism internship or another kitchen job, can be taxing. Also trying to convince the world that moving from one career to another without everyone else seeing the big picture of a food writer, is rather nonchalant only under great company of simple delights. After all, the most meaningful meals are made from the simplest ingredients.
